2. Data collected

In the course of its business, Atelier CAL may collect the following data:

• first and last name;
• email address;
• postal address;
• billing information;
• browsing data (IP address, browser type).

Payment data is processed exclusively by the secure Stripe platform. Atelier CAL never has access to complete bank details.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is collected to process orders, issue invoices, manage customer relations and comply with legal and accounting obligations.

4. Data retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with legal obligations.

5. Data sharing

Personal data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. It may only be shared with providers necessary to deliver the services, notably Stripe for payment and carriers for delivery.

6. Users’ rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every individual has the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of their data. Requests may be sent to contact@atelier-cal.fr.

7. Cookies

With the user’s consent, the website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve its content. This service may process browsing information, including pages viewed, device type, browser and a shortened IP address.

No analytics tool is loaded before acceptance. The choice is stored for six months and can be changed at any time using the “Manage cookies” button on the website.

This privacy policy is governed by French law.
